The residences for a joint Tahiti-Japan agri-park development needed a passive air conditioning system so we modified our standard ATOMHOUSE A2O with a sea water evaporation chamber shaded by the homes to provide passive floor cooling to beat the tropical heat even on the stillest days with no external energy consumption.
